Your geometry stays yours. A CAD file is often the most sensitive thing a company can send a supplier, so here is exactly what happens to it.
Files you upload are stored with Supabase in London, United Kingdom, and are accessible only to Kilia personnel working on your enquiry. We do not sell them, share them with other clients, use them to train any model, or publish them — no image, render or screenshot of your part appears in our portfolio, on this site or anywhere else without your written permission.
We are glad to sign an NDA before you send anything. Ask at [email protected] and it will not slow the quote down.
Ask us to delete your files at any point and we will, and confirm it in writing. Otherwise we keep quote files for 24 months so we can pick up a repeat order without asking you to upload everything again.
We keep this list short on purpose. Each of these providers acts on our instructions under a data processing agreement.

This website runs on a server in Frankfurt, Germany, so page requests are served from inside the EU. Our database and file storage sit with Supabase in London, United Kingdom, which is covered by the European Commission’s adequacy decision for the UK — renewed on 19 December 2025 and in force until 27 December 2031 — so that transfer needs no additional safeguard. Where Cloudflare, Resend or Google processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent approved safeguard.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Two kinds run here. Essential cookies handle your session and form security and cannot be switched off — without them the site does not work. Analytics cookies load only if you accept them, and tell us which pages people actually read.

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes to how we handle files or consent will be flagged on the site.
